Fidelito se reune con Chen Zhili en China.

Para cualquiera esta reunion no tendria ninguna importancia mas alla del protocolo usual, pero siguiendo el rumbo que esta tomando la continuidad del regimen con Raul es menester deshilvanar el proposito ulterior de este encuentro de Fidelito (con mayusculas) Para los Raulogos que suelen llamar al hermanisimo en jefe "pragmatico y reformista" vean el dossier de la China marimacha Chen Zhili al final de la nota de prensa acerca de la reunion de ambos.

Si conjugamos este personaje siniestro de Chen Zhili con las reuniones de Raul Castro con Wang Zhaoguo, un alto miembro del Partido Comunista Chino y experto en "comunicaciones" vemos la gran preocupacion del regimen por buscar una formula al descontento de la juventud en Cuba a travez de la tortura, la represion en el modelo de la "educacion" de Chen Zhili y la coleccion de software y control de las comunicaciones, especialmente en la Internet, aparte, claro esta, del espionage electronico que ahora se sirve China en Cuba para monitorear las comunicaciones en los Estados Unidos del cual Wang Zhaoguo es su mayor artifice. Ramiro Valdez lo sabe y actua en base a ello. Ambas figuras del "modelo Chino" de represion son de vital importancia para un regimen en decadencia en la juventud cubana. Asi es que cuando escuchen a los Raulogos hablarles del "modelito Chino' sepan que no es nada de economia sino de "ideologia" y de la peor. Ya lo habia declarado el ideologo del Partido Comunista de Cuba Machado Ventura y el ex-ministro de educacion Armando Hart: "la ideologia perdida"

Cuba Science Adviser in China
Beijing , Nov 13 (Prensa Latina) Chinese State Councilor Chen Zhili met with Fidel Castro Diaz-Balart, scientific adviser of the Cuban Council of State , on cooperation perspectives between both countries.

The bilateral programs in the field of education, science and technology foster a favorable atmosphere for exploration, the Cuban scientist said.

Chen Zhili and Castro Diaz-Balart analyzed several issues about which China and Cuba have reached agreements and elaborated programs in training experts and scouting new students and professionals.

The two states have been long cooperating in those fields, and mainly in education, biotechnology, new information technologies and telecommunications, as well as explore in the field of nanosciences.

According to the island's Council of State adviser, a political desire prevails in both countries to support the development of new initiatives in those spheres.

China respects and appreciates what Cuba has done in some new sciences, and this places the Asian nation in the role of science and innovation for national development, Castro Diaz-Balart stated.

On February 8, 2006, Chen Zhili, former Chinese Education Minister, was served with a subpoena by the Supreme Court of British Columbia when she was visiting Vancouver .

The lawsuit was filed by five Canadian Falun Gong practitioners who worked or studied in the Chinese educational system. The charges include torture and crimes against humanity during Chen's tenure as Minister of Education during 1998-2003.

The five Canadians suing Chen are Zhang Kunlun, Jin Rong, Liu Wenyu, Zhu Ying and Guo Zhaoxia. The suit asks for $20 million in compensation.

David Matas, a prominent human rights attorney, represents the Falun Gong practitioners in this case. Mr. Matas, said in a statement, "Chen Zhili, as Minister of Education, controlled and implemented policies and operations that targeted and persecuted Falun Gong practitioners in China's education system. She personally and intentionally directed, supported, supervised, and condoned...the systematic persecution and torture of the Falun Gong practitioners in China's education system."
