Nancy Macias, with flowers in her hands and making a peace sign, is a member of CodePink, an organization that traveled to South Florida to protest for the inclusion of former CIA operative Luis Posada Carriles on the list of terrorists.Members of CodePink, a San Francisco-based anti-war group, will hold a 9 a.m. press conference Monday outside the FBI office in North Miami Beach.

The group is asking the agency to place Cuban exile militant and former CIA operative Luis Posada Carriles on its ''Most Wanted List.'' They want the U.S. government to arrest or extradite Posada to Venezuela, where he is wanted on 73 counts of first-degree murder for the bombing of a civilian airliner.

''The Bush administration's failure to detain or extradite Luis Posada Carriles makes a mockery of the war on terror,'' said Medea Benjamin, co-founder of CodePink.

On Saturday, CodePink members tried to demonstrate with the same message outside Versailles restaurant in Little Havana but were greeted by Posada supporters, who forced them to end their demonstration early.

CodePink is also planning a noon rally at the office of U.S. Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Miami.

Posada, 80, is living at an undisclosed location in Miami.
