Procesadora Campofresco, Inc., currently
known as Campo Gardens, Inc. ("Campofresco"), of San Juan, Puerto Rico, has agreed to pay
$27,000 to settle potential civil liability for six apparent violations of§ 201 of the Narcotics
Trafficking Sanctions Regulations, 31 C.P.R. part 536. From on or about October 9, 2009, to on
or about July 21 , 2010, Campofresco made six purchases worth a total of$344,016 of frozen
passion fruit juice/pulp from Frutas Exoticas Colombiana S.A. (a.k.a. Frexco S.A. d/b/a Grupo
C. Lozano Frexco SAS), a Specially Designated Narcotics Trafficker
